Kelsi, WB’s girlfriend, needs to move in with us or marry me. By the time I got home last night she had dinner in the oven, homemade chicken soup going on the stove and WB resting on the couch. After I had checked on WB, she said I looked like I could use a glass of wine. I hugged the life out of her 5′3″, 100 pound frame.
Rhino called the house to see how WB was doing, found out I was stuck at work with my wanker (thx Guider!!) of a boss & left his job to come pick me up. Saved me from having to take public transit. He also let me vent , held my hand and calmed me before I got home. I heart my guy
My Mom cleaned my house and did my laundry. Who do I contact for sainthood applications when you’re not Catholic??
It was still a rough road for WB last night but not nearly as bad as last week. We had the added benefit this week of an anti nausea patch and more ginger supplements (thx Jen!!) from my Mom’s naturopath. So, 2 weeks down, 2 weeks to go.
A big thank you to all of you. the support and friendship means a lot – both thru blogging and emails. It’s been a rough year and you’ve all helped to get us thru. {{HUGS}}

I’m so glad this week is going better than last week. And, as you so nice put it, you’re halfway there!

Sizzle said it just right. I’m happy that Kelsi and Rhino and your mom are there for you and WB. Well wishing and cyberhugs are wonderful, but you can’t beat home-made chicken soup. Hang in there, halfway done.

She sounds like a keeper! Actually, everyone you mentioned in your post sound wonderful. Keep your chin up and I’m so glad to hear WB is handling this better than previously.
